I don\'t hate anybody. I certainly approve of the fact that VAERS collects raw data that can be informative about vaccine side effects.

I\'m less sympathetic to idiots who misunderstand the data to mean that everybody who died after getting vaccinated was killed by the vaccine.

I don\'t hate them either, but I do treat their idiotically mistaken opinions with the contempt they deserve, even while hoping that they might eventually get better educated into into a more nearly correct understanding of what the data means.

than the threat from covid for certain groups, especially young males.

I did read of one case of young male Olympian who died from COVID-19. I know what he was doing to bring that on, don\'t recall whether they mentioned he was vaccinated or not. But the death was not classified as an adverse vaccination event.

VAERS is about deaths from any cause that occur within a fixed period after vaccination. It is designed to pick up vaccine side effects, but you are posting the raw data, before even the most basic editing to remove deaths that clearly weren\'t any kind of vaccine side-effect.

There are two reason for vaccinating the population. It wouldn\'t be that much of a mystery if you were aware of the well-known fact that most viral disease infection damage is caused by the immune response. Polio is a classic example. Younger people, through no credit of their own, have stronger immune response and therefore more risk of damage.

But not for covid.

That preference bears no causal relationship to your decision on vaccines. Boosters
